A New Approach to Wellness
Ready to make some positive change in your life in 2023? Join lululemon Ambassador and award-winning performance coach Harry Jameson for his exclusive Training for Life program. Over the course of six weeks, you’ll work to create healthy habits both physically and mentally. Born out of his strong belief that training the mind is just as important as training the body, Harry’s approach is a holistic one which includes cardio, strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
What to Expect
Training For Life is a six-week program consisting of strength, cardio, stretch, and mindfulness classes and is designed for beginner to intermediate levels. Each workout is done twice in the program with guidance from Harry on how to increase the challenge when ready. The program is best suited for Members who enjoy workouts from Katie, Lance, Lonnie, and Hollis.
Harry is an award-winning health and wellness expert with over 18 years experience working with individuals and brands including Apple, Four Seasons, and Twitter. In addition to his speaking and ambassador roles, Harry is a columnist for The Times in London and currently founder and CEO at well-being members club concept PILLAR well-being.
